1. The shower in the room was broken, the heater/air conditioner was broken, and the security latch on the door was so loose, that it locked them out of the room.

10. The ice machine on our wing was broken - when we asked about the ice machine we were told we'd just have to walk to another floor and get some - Well, this is a HUGE hotel and if you're not familiar with it you will get lost.
