We ate at Hickory Steak house, the food was very good, but the service was no where near a Five Star, sat through 2 courses without a napkin, ordered wine the waiter forgot it, plus he also forgot about after the order was taken never saw him until the bill arrived, shame as we were looking forward to the restaurant.

10. I get that the Gaylord is trying to make up lost revenue because of their closure, but shame on you all for horrible planning and making your guests wait that long to get back to their room.
