7. Initially we got what must have been one of the worst rooms in the entire hotel; it was beat-up, worn-out and on the ground floor beside one of the entrances to the self-parking lot, so before we unpacked, we told the front desk and were placed in a much nicer room for the first two nights, in the Garden Atrium with a balcony.

8. Furnishings look old and worn out, carpet needs replaced, french doors leading to the balcony were printed and dirty, balcony furniture is uncomfortable and the bed not only squeeks but has lumps and bumps in it.
