2. If the fee is required why isn't it included in the room price? Here the fee includes wifi, but during both of my stays it was slow at best, disappointing for a conference friendly hotel.

4. They did give us a two room suite in the older section with a parking lot view which was disappointing, but it was two rooms and very large although somewhat dated, so we settled.

7. We were immediately disappointed when we arrived and the lady at the checkout desk told us that we would be automatically charged an additional $15 fee for wifi (was not optional), even though that was not mentioned at the time of booking.
