2. really? A property with more than 1,000 rooms can't deal with 3 valet requests on a Monday morning? The valet who finally showed up was apologetic, but this was very poor performance for a resort that claims to be high-end.

3. Only stay in Opryland if you like paying FULL RETAIL PRICES, POOR VALET and enjoy sleeping in DATED ROOMS with no view.

7. The Gaylord looked nice and I'm sure it would have been a great place to stay, but instead of finding out, I spent the rest of our visit explaining poor management practices and life lessons to my 10 year old son.
