1. Let's just say I wrote a novel of an email to the manager of the hotel about all the things that went wrong during our stay, from no electricity in our room to lack of housekeeping to the fact we were charged twice on two different credit cards for our hotel stay.

4. The front desk manager returned, started to explain why we were charged incorrectly, and then stopped mid-sentence with 'Do you even care why it's wrong?' Confused by her sudden change of decorum (limited service hotel style.

7. We sat for 15 minuted before the esthetician came out, when I told her we had been sitting there for 15 minutes she told me my appointment was at 12:30 and that I was wrong and the receptionist was on lunch.

8. That morning we took the elevator to the 24 floor to step into noise, the fitness center is adjoined to the Spa, there was a gentleman in gym gear yelling on his phone about business, at first I thought we were in the wrong place yet we weren't there just wasn't anyone at the reception desk to greet us.

9. They gave me the wrong type and number of breakfast coupons, champagne delivery was late by 30-40 minutes (I was told they were cooling it off :) ), and in general I got the feeling that my girlfriend and I were just distracting them from something important.

10. i only had one bad experience and this was with the porter at the taxi stand downstairs who gave us the wrong directions to a location.
