1. Couple of negatives - housekeeping banged on the door a few times with the DND sign hanging.

2. The major negative difference is that the Conrad Miami does not have a Concierge/VIP Lounge which is one of the outstanding features of the Asian (not Brussels) Conrad Hotels.

10. negatives: valet staff and concierge were not very friendly or helpful, the hotel set-up (take an elevator up to 25 to get to the lobby and then a separate elevator back down to the rooms + the pool is in a separate building so you have to walk outside to get to it).
