5. It was a huge dissapointment, the rooms are very good and nice but the service was terrible, the beakfast a disaster, the concierge other disaster, the bar at the 25 floor has spectacular views but enable to enjoy because of the freezing temperatures they put the air condition.

8. I did find the living room furniture to be a little IKEAesque but not terrible.

9. The negatives? the pool and tennis courts are across the driveway and not terribly congenial (especially compared to the Four Seasons) but I was not much looking forwradto going to the conference and was very pleasantly surprised.
