1. There were a couple of mechanical issues with our room and no one ever responded to our room even after 3 calls to the front desk.

7. We mentioned this noise issue when a staff member (Emily) happened to phone the room on our second night to check whether we were settling in OK.

8. The only issue I can really find with service (and it didn't bother me one bit) was that I was offered a free paper at check in which I took only because it was offered free, but it never arrived.

10. I'm a very low maintenance traveler and understand that with the amount of people using a hotel's facilities, there are going to be issues now and then.
