1. Some people complain about the lobby being on the 25th floor, ok, get over it, it is a great view while you check in or if you choose to sit in the bar.

4. The freedge was broken, I complain about it, but nobody fix it, so it was broken for the five days I was lodge.

5. While we did not complain about the shower flooding (and I would never hold it against the hotel if I don't complain), shouldn't the housekeeping staff noticed the problem while cleaning the shower daily? The room contains a minibar and other amenities including robes, slippers, an umbrella for use during your stay, and an assortment of beverage glasses for when you utilize the minibar.

7. i parked and waited for valet and this mofo starts to complain to me that i can't leave my car there cuz other car (the limosine) can't get in.

9. Reception and restaurant on the 25th floor was not in the least inconvenient -- I don't understand why other reviewers complained about it -- but rather a nice variation on the old 'walk in the front door and stand at a counter' setup at most hotels.

10. We were pretty sure that if we tried to change rooms we would not have the bay view, and we would have to wait even longer for another room so we did not complain.
