3. Our experience with Hilton's has generally been great previously (we stayed in the Hilton in Sandton, South Africa and never had a better experience)unfortunately this wasn't the case with the Conrad.

9. 30 cents, is this a scam for out of towners? Well I am not an out of towner I live in Ft Laud lived in South Beach for 8 years, and to me, unfortunately, this seems typical of miami hotel behavior I had only hoped for better from a 4 star hotel like the Conrad.
