1. It really wasn't that difficult to get around from the hotel either with public transit or just taking a cab ride.

2. I kept thinking- if you wanted to make a beautiful place ugly- how would you do it? Well, this is it- pave it, make it steel and glass and then make it difficult to move around in.

4. The staff was genuinely attentive, though the front desk staff does seem very young, don't look very prepared to handle difficult requests unless they call on some manager.

5. Why do they put people with so little social skills to attend their guests? This is a difficult time for business and their staff are not doing the hotel any favors by being rude.
