The next morning breakfast was a different world - we were greeted by name, the waitress couldn't do enough for us, they found a Canadian supervisor and had him come over to chat us up - wonderfulWonderful that is until a few days later when the morning crew basically changed and the service and attitude went back to what seems to be normal in this hotel -

She was very
rude
- when the receptionist came back I had explained the same thing and she just told me she has no control, she was on her lunch break and that she wasn't the one to book the appointment.

we had room service a few times and felt it to be lacking - and the room service attendants as well as other hotel employees were very defensive when I said something wasn't right - a very big turn off for me - when staying at a hotel I do want to worry about anything and instead of just rectifying the problems they made me to feel as if it were my fault - very
rude
in fact.

Why do they put people with so little social skills to attend their guests? This is a difficult time for business and their staff are not doing the hotel any favors by being

We had so many problems with them (bad customer service,

, disrespectful to customers, in general, just very unprofessional, dodge-y) and the worse part-they were recommended by the hotel.
