2. Having stayed for an extended period and having such a poor experience I expected to have something happen at the front desk upon checkout - a free night, extra points - something, anything to indicate that the organization cared about our experience in their building.

3. When anyone at the front desk recognized us we were asked how the stay was going and each time we related our experiences - good on some days and poor on others.

4. And the next day when we came back to the room after our afternoon jaunts there was a cheese plate waiting for us compliments of the manager with a note apologizing for our poor experience.

5. Upon unpacking my toiletries I almost sliced my finger open on the broken glass tray - very poor in my opinion, as well as the soaps - they were very cheap and smelled bad for what is supposed to be a upper end hotel.

8. There is one restaurant for all meals, I have enjoyed eating here however the buffet breakfast is rather poor in comparison with others that I have experienced.
