1. There were many concert goers staying at the hotel, but we were never disturbed by loud noise or partying (the staff made it clear when we checked in that they had a zero tolerance policy that kind of thing).

6. Make no mistake, there was constant noise coming from the area that contained a service elevator, laundry room, and storage room.

7. That morning we took the elevator to the 24 floor to step into noise, the fitness center is adjoined to the Spa, there was a gentleman in gym gear yelling on his phone about business, at first I thought we were in the wrong place yet we weren't there just wasn't anyone at the reception desk to greet us.

9. All night heavy bass was thumping from a bar across the street; when I asked for a change of room, the front desk told me, they had no other rooms avilable, but the noise will stop by 1 AM.
