1. Let's just say I wrote a novel of an email to the manager of the hotel about all the things that went wrong during our stay, from no electricity in our room to lack of housekeeping to the fact we were charged twice on two different credit cards for our hotel stay.

6. we had room service a few times and felt it to be lacking - and the room service attendants as well as other hotel employees were very defensive when I said something wasn't right - a very big turn off for me - when staying at a hotel I do want to worry about anything and instead of just rectifying the problems they made me to feel as if it were my fault - very rude in fact.

9. While this is an amazingly modern and comfortable hotel, I'll be taking my business to the JW Marriott nextime I'm in the area as a result of the (lack of) service.
