1. The rooms are terribly old.

4. Unfortunately, the rooms are terrible and in need of a massive re-vamp along with the halways leading to the rooms, they too take you back to the 1920's and 30's but for the wrong reason.

5. ) Such a shameOne exception to that rule would be the cleaning staff - very pleasant and efficient As for the rest of them especially check in and parking supervisers but also the concierge staff- terrible service and a dont care attitide.
