Our experience was most enjoyable and we were
sad
to leave the Biltmore and Los Angeles.

sad
ly, we didn't make it to the pool, although it looks amazing in the pictures that I've seen since and we didn't get to have afternoon tea.

I am in no way saying that this was done on purpose, because it wasn't, the
sad
thing is that we had spent $140 on car hire and $120 on park tickets, not to mention the loss of 4 hours of our day.

It looks
sad
, just looks like a
sad
bathroom (Pls see the photos)They charge the wifi at about $9 something/night/DEVICE, so if you use cell phone, lap top and tablet, you have to pay more than $20/night.

sad
ly, after a few hours of waiting for the air conditioning to cool the room, we gave up and actually went out walking at night downtown trying to find a portable fan to bring to the room.

The area around the hotel with Pershing Square was just full of homeless people day and night, it is very
sad
to see this but they never bothered you, but with all the wealth in that city they shold look after them a little better.
