The Biltmore was
construct
ed at the height of the 1920s land boom; few expenses were spared in the building of this landmark on Pershing Square, and nothing like it will be built again.

construction
of the common areas reflect the opulence of the period and show an incredible attention to detail.

The bathroom was not clean, our room was right next to all the outdoor air conditioning units, and there appeared be
construction
taking place a few doors from our room.
