1. The negative reviews had me pretty worried, and I was skeptical to choose the Millennium Biltmore for my anniversary stay.

Now for the negatives: Expensive valet parking 40 dollars a day, advised by waitress on first day not to leave hotel as many roads adjacent to hotel lead to Skid Row or other dangerous areas, Location is downtown LA financial district so restaurants and bars are a fair distant between them, Bar a tad expensive and formal, overpriced internet charges, rooms a little outdated and in need of a make over.

7. The only negative comment about the room I could give would be the old non-isolating windows - you would indeed hear street noise a little - but on the other hand that's what you gotta expect anyway from a downtown hotel.
