1. When my $15 Sliders arrived I sat shocked at the silver dollar sized pieces of dry beef on a bland bun rather confused by the author of the eloquent description on the menu.

4. I am an experienced traveler and was shocked by how UNwelcoming the reception was, at the time we were their only customer at the counter and were made to feel like a bother AND that we did not have enough money to even be considered clientele for this establishment.

6. Upon arriving at the hotel (we flew in from Vancouver, rented a car at the airport), we were shocked to learn that the hotel offers valet parking for a whooping $44 overnight.
