1. Parking fees were exorbitant, room service fees ridiculous, even paid way too much for their lousy internet that worked 3/4 the time.

5. Parking for the hotel is a ridiculous $50 valet only, but you can very easily park across the street at the Pershing Square garage for under $15 a night.

9. The service is not excellent, it is okay, and the parking is horrendous - use a nearby lot because the valet is not only ridiculously expensive it is not well-serviced.

10. The laundry service is ridiculously expensive which is not unusual, but it is untimely, often taking a day longer than promised, which is totally unacceptable when you are trying to do business.
