4. Ask at the desk to store luggage for day, and the real low point of a three week holidday was the rudeness of the conceirge who gave the impression of being less than obliging to tag and look after the bags.

5. yeah, forget it,,, lazy, did not want to help, and while we stood there telling him what his job was, he was rude to two other hotel guests.

10. They were, almost to a person, indifferent to the point of being rude to every guest that came up (morning and night), which surprised me given the elegance of the hotel.
