4. worst of all is the valet-only parking service - if they were fast, it would be OK, but we sat waiting over twenty minutes several times, once even after the valet assured me he'd park next to the door when I told him I'd be back in an hour.

5. I stayed at the Westin Bonaventure for 5 nights during October 2010 and this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

7. I would say that the worst things aboout this hotel were the price to park (32$/night) and the lobby - very old fashioned and decadent - especially the stores and restaurants above it (they seemed really shady).
