3. It sounds like a common problem for those using an ipad2 at least what the help desk told me, but basically the hotel is ALL cement and therefor the negatively effects the wi-fi they told me, very annoying however after my complaints I did get some free points for my troubles.

9. Another huge negative: I got woken up one night in the hotel, by an employee, who was convinced that I'd ordered room service even though I certainly hadn't.

10. Now the negatives: as others have mentioned, the lobby is under construction, which makes it a bit of an eyesore, and when I was staying there, the elevator to my tower wasn't available at the lobby level creating lengthy detours.
