1. It is a huge property constructed in the 1970's and utilizes a lot of concrete (or what appears to be concrete).

3. There was a lot of construction/renovation going on in the hotel so it was very loud in the lobby area, but in the rooms you don't hear anything and it's very quiet.

10. Now the negatives: as others have mentioned, the lobby is under construction, which makes it a bit of an eyesore, and when I was staying there, the elevator to my tower wasn't available at the lobby level creating lengthy detours.
