1. Our room was very comfy, nice bed, just right for sleeping and flat screen TV another person was complaining because they had the old tube-type TV).

5. In fact, both our bed and the other couple who stayed next door to us, complained about how UN-heavenly the beds were, not to mention the shower and shower head, which needs some renovation.

10. Services seem much higher priced than average - many of my colleagues were complaining about printing costs and the paid wi fi connections are one per computer not one per room (the other person in my room had to buy a separate subscription).
