1. I was however annoyed about the card swipe into the room (which is amusing seeing someone else comment on this.

2. It sounds like a common problem for those using an ipad2 at least what the help desk told me, but basically the hotel is ALL cement and therefor the negatively effects the wi-fi they told me, very annoying however after my complaints I did get some free points for my troubles.

3. Staff was exceptionally friendly, but I was very annoyed that they wouldnt give us a room with a king sized bed because we booked through priceline.

4. I would recommend the Westin Bonaventure should your business travels take you to downtown Los Angeles, even if getting nickled and dimed for things like parking and wi-fi/Internet access is thoroughly annoying and transparently cheap.
