5. I was stayed at the Westin Bonaventure hotel 404SFigueroa St for the 2011AllStar weekend they did have bed bugs in there hotel I saw them for my self that's some nasty stuff the customer services is very very poor please do t stay at this hotel please please don't stay there.

6. The entire lobby and hallways are a stained, nasty mildew smelling horror that reminds me more of a run down Embassy Suites than a high-end hotel like a Westin.

7. But that is it, after we parked the car we had a baby in a stroller and had to use the Handicap elevator and that should have been fine and just as nice as going up the stairs but it was just nasty, stinky and dirty.
