1. First night that was not too much of an issue, but during the last night my neigbhours where clearly fighting a jetlag watching TV in the middle of the night.

4. On my first stay they admitted that wifi on iPads was a consistent problem, I asked about it upon check in and they assured me it was fixed, I am pleased to say this is true they have fixed their wifi issues.

5. This is my second time to the westin bonaventure, and last time I enjoyed the hotel but I had major wifi issues on my iPad that left me less than pleased with my stay.

6. The staff was extremely attentive during my recent visit when I had an issue with some lost items.

7. I did have an issue with my sink on the second day, it started leaking profusely from the bottom, I called down to the front desk before I left for my meeting, and when I came back 2 hours later the bathroom had been cleaned up and sink repaired as if nothing had ever happened.

8. During this entire 14 month stay, I may have had 4 or 5 minor issues (tv not working properly, etc.
