1. But that is a problem in many US hotels.

We made numerous calls to the front desk, and of course they knew there were problems, but continued to tell me it would be fixed, it never was, or to come down to lobby and use free wireless signal, which of course is what I really want to do at 2:00 am when I finally have time to answer my emails.

5. The biggest problem is the toilet seats an lids will not remain 'up' because the shelf above the toilet obstructs the path of the lids and seats.

6. On my first stay they admitted that wifi on iPads was a consistent problem, I asked about it upon check in and they assured me it was fixed, I am pleased to say this is true they have fixed their wifi issues.
