1. The morning coffee service at the bar, they didn't even look at me as I ordered, so the next morning I went across the street to a local starbucks to avoid these 2.

3. The benifit is that it is in and out parking and if you are from out of town, you can just park it and take the metro to hollywood (and avoid driving in the traffic).

8. I would recommend this hotel, but because of the depressing style of the galleria area (which isn't avoidable) the Bonaventure isn't at the same level as Westin's other high-end properties.
