6. Externally the hotel is very beautiful, and has a nice view of the city and hollywood sign from the higher room windows, but internally it's ugly and confusing.

7. The lobby has the feeling of being a subway station or an abandoned factory, it is really ugly and outdated; it is like 5 floors tall full with horrible small restaurants, abandoned locales and dark corners.
