5. By 12:45 I go downstairs to ask if there is a place to get a coffee and the front desk told me that unfortunately there isn't any place available at this time.

9. unfortunately, I stayed at this hotel again on a LAX layover in 2011, and it appeared that the quality had really slipped; I don't think I'll be headed back.

10. Also, I was impressed that they provide Starbucks in the room, unfortunately the pod they use is special for Westin and not available for purchase like their fantastic just fabulous beds.
