1. This is NOT a review of the hotel amenities themselves, but of the area and the lack of restaurants or shops within walking distance.

5. I called the desk and told the manager on duty I was highly disappointed with the service, the fact that anytime I called the desk the phone rang 25x before someone picked up, and with the lack of service overall.

10. 9 months prior, I had joined 6 friends who were staying here for cocktails and dinner, to make a very long story way too short (becasue it deserves to be told as NO HOTEL should be allowed to treat 'guests' like we were treated), and it was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with so called food and lack of customer service.
