9. I got up to the room, housekeeping had gotten there before their very slow elevators got me up, some of the items were left on one of the beds, but they had forgotten half of them.

10. Hotel is quite nice but the experience was tampered by very slow van service from the airport and then finding the previous guests dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower head.
