1. Its crowded, dirty, and front desk is rude.

No problems on check in, courtesy service, went to our room, nice size, the safe didn`t work but the hotel said we could use the front desk safe so not a problem, Awoke in the morning, out all day, returned to the hotel, the room wasn;t cleaned, dirty towels etc, spoke to the front desk who after an hour sent a maid to the room.

10. My only complaint was the wait staff in the restaurant, when traveling on personal dine an 18% tip ought to be good enough to avoid a dirty look.
