We had a
problem
with our room (didn't like the view facing out into the parking lot) and the front desk was so quick with getting us a room that walks right out to the courtyard at no extra cost.

I had is that the shuttles to the airport were extremely crowded, disorganized and the staff seemed overwhelmed however I realize it was probably the peak of the morning rush to the airport.
