1. so one night's parking will either cost me $175 or a lot of time and hassle on the phone trying to straighten out-The whole thing was really a joke because they were trying to come across as so chic, for instance the drinking glass in the room is wrapped in paper that says 'quench' and the do not disturb sign for the door says 'brainstorming' It was all too 'cool' but with zero ammenity or service to back it up.

4. I didn't want maid service in this room either, but the maids apparently didn't get the message because even though I had the 'Do Not disturb' sign in the key slot (meaning they'd have to remove it to insert their key), they came into my room while I was away.

5. Even though I requested no maid service when I booked the hotel (they even had a note on their computer), I still got messages from housekeeping saying they couldn't clean the room because the 'Do Not disturb' sign was on the door.

6. There seemed to be some very large groups and of course a group of young males who took over the pool and fired a ball about often disturbing others in the pool area.
