1. Our room clearly used to have an external door onto the carpark used by the valets, surprisingly the noise that made sleep difficult wasn't the road noise however but the loud climate control system in the hallway.

4. I had to switch floors because the maids on the 10th floor started work very early in the morning and were EXTREMELY loud and shouting to each other down the halls - they were anything but mindful of people trying to sleep.

6. It is so loud that we could not sleep (because of early flight we had to stand up at 5 am).

7. The negative bits: The balcony needed cleaning; if you stood right next to the sink you could smell mildew; at first I heard loud children next door, but then the noise died down and it became a quiet hotel as it was in the past for me.
