3. We went in the spa but some jets were not working,the most annoying thing was there was no WIFI in the lobby eventhough the starbucks was there,The money some of these hotels charge they should provide service in the lobby if no where else.

4. A couple of slighty annoying observations on arrival, we were ignored by the valet staff who where standing around chatting, we had to approach them.
