1. 15 dollars for a tasteless, cheap burger, 21 dollars for a joke of a breakfast with cold bacon, cold potatoes, cold/cheap sausages, cheap cold-cuts, and poor/rude service.

3. Overall, we love this hotel as a great rest stop that's close to LAX if only we could ignore the lengthy shuttle bus wait time and poor arrival greetings.

4. My only small compliment would be that most of the staff are very nice - but obviously have to adhere to some ridiculous policies and very poor customer service systems to follow.
