1. The furniture is also dated, and there was no refrigerator.

6. Despite having made our reservation directly with the hotel, it was not in order (they had our check in date as the 18th, not the 17th), and it took the check-in clerk more than five minutes to find this for us (I was made to feel that this was my problem, not the hotel's).

9. I have stayed at this property at least 3 times and while the rooms are rather dated and the bathrooms are fairly small, overall the rooms are a reasonable price at convention rates.

10. Courtesy shuttle was fine, arriving at the hotel it's nothing to look at from the outside, the lobby isn't very inviting too, it has all the restaurants leading off it and all looks a little dismal and dated.
