The service at the restaurant-bar was lousy and

the waiters cheat on the system to set more people at the tables they serve to charge more tip is not fair and totally unacceptable for a Marriot.

This was mostly due to some very RUDE American Airlines crews who pushed with way onto the bus after the driver said he would send someone else to get them.
