1. I waited in another ridiculously long line for Starbucks (gift card in hand) and was told they don't take Starbuck's gift cards.

2. But the lack of communication, failure to accept responsibility (maybe they should be inserting the zipper side in when putting on cases?) and then offering something so ridiculous.

3. My only small compliment would be that most of the staff are very nice - but obviously have to adhere to some ridiculous policies and very poor customer service systems to follow.

5. I understand valet is a premium service but I've paid less at 5 star hotels here in Hawaii where we live and the self parking rates are ridiculous too.

8. 95/day, which I still find ridiculous, but what can you do? Overall, I`d recommend this airport hotel based on its proximity to the airport and the absence of air traffic noise.
