1. I complained at the front desk upon seeing the room.

7. The cleaning people hold all the elevators while buffering a single elevator floor and it does not matter to them the inconvenience they are creating to the clients in making them wait until the buffering is finished (after waiting more than ten minutes for one of the five other elevators to arrive, I called the supervisor and went to the front desk to complain and neither of them showed the slightest interest in reprimanding the employee.

8. When I complained that this was not comparable to what I had booked through 'Marriott Rewards as an Elite Member' they questioned my Elite status (been member over 10 years).

10. While not huge, it was pleasant and quiet and had the standard amenities (Before you complain that there is no coffeemaker, look in the closet).
