5. Even having been upgraded to one of the best rooms, tThis is one of the worst Hiltons I have stayed in, having stayed in many around the UK and America.

6. Before making a reservation through Expedia, check the rate from Hilton webpages -> we got exactly the same rate directly from Hilton and I'm sure they give out the worst rooms to discount shoppers if the hotel is full.
