1. Minus : (1) difficult location towards city because of position on hill - coming back upwards to hotel is not that easy and taxis are difficult to find/not willing to do the short distance (only Universal Studio is very easy to each), (2) Bedroom a bit worn out, (3) Basic bathroom with minimal luxury and lack of basic soap products.

2. Pros: Nice, Clean and cheaper than most good LA hotels and friendly staff, Cons: expensive WIFI, during an event the roads get busy and normarlly detour you so getting into the hotel can be difficult.

3. Located 10 minutes walk from Universal Studios and City Walk this Hilton is in an ideal location for visiting this part of LA (there is even a shuttle bus to Universal for those who find the walk too difficult.

6. We had a nightmare trying to book the room under the wedding rate and difficult time dealing with people on the phone (central reservation line) however once I spoke with hotel directly and after arrival, we experienced great service from very friendly/ attentive staff.

7. The walk to the metro is close by although down a steep hill so if you have knee problems or are disabled, this will be a little difficult.
