1. The only problem is waiting for the shuttle to transport the family to the front entrance, which was inconvenient when we have four small children feeling very antsy about getting their 'fun' on.

3. We informed the lady that we were having issues with the connection and that we shouldn't be double charged, She made a phone call, fixed the problem, and checked us out.

7. We were on the phone with the front desk at the time who was nice enough to call and offer us free breakfast vouchers for the room mix up (problem was, I had already paid for the bed & breakfast package online, so instead, they comped our parking and gave us a free in-room movie).
