On the 25th we had dinner in the hotel, 30 min before they took our drinks order, 40 min for the food order, water and a diet pepsi order never arrived we asked 4 times, after 55 min I went to star bucks and bought drinks, the food was served cold, rude waitress 10 person dinning and we were told sorry very busy.

7. When we phoned room service we was told quite rudely that we hadn't ordered the item , I said I had and was told rudely again I could have the item delivered but have to pay room service again which I refused.

9. Houskeeking and front desk were RUDE and denied request for roll away - BUT would supply an extra pillow - so child couls sleep on the floor.
